Responsibilities

  • Manage and meet targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services.
  • Develop the pipeline of new business.
  • Acquire new customers, retain current ones, and develop solid Business Relationships through persuasive approaches.
  • Standardize sales processes and enforce use of best practices and systems.
  • Gather market information and analyze data/trends to identify opportunities and create appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Coordinate and work with other departments, primary operations and marketing, to meet customer needs.
  • Submit regular progress reports for all sales activities to senior management and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
  • Develop relevant metrics to measure Business Development performance.
  • Coordinate information and commercial responses and manage specific projects’ implementations.
  • Design and implement action plans to improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 5- 7 years working experience in Business development, Key Account Management, Sales Executive, or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
  • Knowledge in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
