Responsibilities

  • Gather market information through face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Develop relevant metrics to measure business development performance.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor intelligence.
  • Share gathered information with the marketing department.
  • Sell and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage sales administration and filter new business opportunities.
  • Plan persuasive approaches to win new clients.
  • Coordinate information and commercial responses.
  • Manage project implementation.
  • Design and implement action plans to improve the customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales or relevant field.
  • 5- 7 years working experience in business development, sales executive or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
  • Strong Verbal and Written English skills to fluently communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
