Responsibilities

  • Target, plan, and win new business opportunities.
  • Develop relevant metrics to measure business development performance.
  • Identify and develop sales pipeline and support actively defined operations.
  • Initiate strategies and activities to support existing customer relationships and new growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop value added solutions.
  • Provide quick and efficient communications to customs.
  • Contribute to overall plans, strategies, budgets, and performance reviews.

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in an managerial role preferably within an Express and/or Freight industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
