Responsibilities

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Win and develop new customers to generate and meet revenue targets within the guidelines set out within the commercial policy.
  • Interact with customers, face-to-face through visits, to establish market information specific to them.
  • Observe local market trends and relate impacts upon the customers.
  • Collect competitor intelligence.
  • Share information within sales team to improve the ability of oneself and others to identify the most applicable service against competitor product offers.
  • Establish appropriate relationships and communicate with other relevant functional areas to secure best solutions to clients’ requests and improve the customer experience. 
  • Perform all sales administration activities to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years working experience in Business Development, Sales Executive or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
  • Organizational awareness and market knowledge Knowledge of express distribution industry specific tips and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
