Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Win and develop new customers to generate and meet revenue targets within the guidelines set out within the commercial policy.
Interact with customers, face-to-face through visits, to establish market information specific to them.
Observe local market trends and relate impacts upon the customers.
Collect competitor intelligence.
Share information within sales team to improve the ability of oneself and others to identify the most applicable service against competitor product offers.
Establish appropriate relationships and communicate with other relevant functional areas to secure best solutions to clients’ requests and improve the customer experience.
Perform all sales administration activities to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
1-3 years working experience in Business Development, Sales Executive or a relevant role with a sales record of accomplishment.
Organizational awareness and market knowledge
Knowledge of express distribution industry specific tips and tools.
Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
