We focused on driving positive change through our dedication to business ethics, compliance, and social responsibility, with a particular emphasis on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

2024 in Action: Key Initiatives and Lasting Impact

In 2024, we strategically prioritized the following SDGs that resonate with our core values and long-term objectives:

The company prioritized employee health and wellness by providing comprehensive healthcare benefits, encouraged active living through sports participation, and strengthened employee engagement with appreciation events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.

2. Quality Education

Through The Net Academy, employees were empowered with structured learning programs to enhance professional skills and career growth, while The Net Seed fostered business research and innovation. Additionally, the Student Career Experience Program (SCEP) provided students with hands-on experience across various departments, creating pathways to future employment.

3. Gender Equality

A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion was upheld by maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and ensuring equal opportunities for all employees. Women in leadership remained a key focus, with strong female representation in key roles. Recognition and support were further reinforced by celebrating employees and acknowledging their contributions both at work and home.

4. Partnership for the Goals

Academic collaboration was strengthened through a partnership with St. Joseph University (USJ) to offer joint certification programs and hands-on internships. Expanding university partnerships with AUB, LAU, AUST, NDU, and Sagesse provided students with valuable career development opportunities.
